Nano Park to be built at West Yorkshire estate
Planning consent has been granted for the final phase of a West Yorkshire business park, on land that previously formed part of a golf club.Commercial property developer Frank Marshall Estates is now set to build about 18,000 sq ft of workshop and office space in small units to create a ‘Nano Park’ as part of its existing Newhall Business Park.The Bradford-based company acquired the site, located next to the M606 off Rooley Lane and at the entrance to the ProLogis Park, in 2016. It has already successfully developed and let eight larger units on the site.The latest development is expected to support the creation of about 60 jobs.
